Venalmar

A small and private complex of townhouses right on the beach about 12 minutes drive west of Marbella centre. The houses are perfectly equipped with air condition warm/cold, sat tv, alarmsystem, automatic shutters and a private car-port in front of the door.
Each of the two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor has a terrace. On the groundfloor you find the living- dining area with a nice sheltered terrace towards pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry room, guest toilet and a storage for luggage and golf bags. The complex is right on the beach. You find very good restaurants, bars, a very well equipped gym and tennis courts in walking distance from Venalmar - equally close by car your next golf choices are Atalaya Golf & Country Club, El Paraiso Golf or Guadalmina Golf.

Los Arqueros


Unique complex above a challenging golf course, which was designed by Seve Ballesteros. You find Los Arqueros on the Ronda road just 5 minutes drive from Puerto Banus with it's bubbly day & night life. Within this golf area you will find those special greens and a spectacular view of the whole coastline from marbella to gibraltar and the african continent. Coto Real

Tastefully equipped bright apartment above Marbella 's famous "Golden Mile" with views of the mediterranean sea and the sheltering mountains behind the town. You reach the city and the beaches in only 5 minutes by car, and at the same time you are staying in quiet and well maintained surroundings, which guarantee a relaxing time. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning warm/cold, sat tv, a garage space, lift to your condo as well as storage room for luggage and golf bags. Furtheron there is a swimming pool in the complex and in the nearer neighbourhood you will find the reknown restaurant La Meridiana, or the tennis complex of Manolo Santana.
Coto Real II offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant and bright living/ dining area with a spacious terrace inviting you for sunbathing or dining. Through the westorientation of this apartment you will be able to enjoy the winter sun until setting.
The Coto Real II is, like some others in the surroundungs, build in a luxury stile, in its neighbourhood is the mosque of King Fahd of Saudi Arabia and noble addresses like the restaurant La Meridiana, the discoteque of Olivia Valere or the hotel Puente Romano are quite near by car. You are in a quiet and green residential area, but still in the happenings of the city.

Costalita Beach


This newly constructed holiday complex situated between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona is an ideal place for young families or those to be. Children are welcomed here and young couples enjoy the ambience of beachlife and easy going. Costalita Beach offers several pools in the middle of tropical gardens and the long and sandy beach is only in walking distance. You find a very nice Beach Club with delicious spanish specialities right on the shore.
The apartments contain of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are carefully furnished and you will find everything that makes a second home in the south perfect: Air conditioning + heating, Sat TV, a fully equipped kitchen with every comfort and all in all a cosy and colourful interior. The lounge- dining area leads to a southfacing terrace with views to the tropical garden and pool area. The bright and new kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ironboard and iron etc. Costalita is situated right on the beach only minutes west of Marbella direction Estepona. The beach is just in front of your doorstep and there are no significant distances to the next supermarkets, max. 5 min. by car. The area is called the "New Golden Mile" and you will find any kind of entertainment. For example fine restaurants like the "Lido"- gourmet kitchen of the nearby 5* Hotel Las Dunas, which just received a Michelin * . And between a pizza for the youngsters or a chinese dinner across the road, there are some more culinary highlights in the neighbourhood like "Restaurante El Molino" or "Luik´s Carussel"- and during the day there are many spanish "chiringuitos" along the beach: basic spanish cooking but often delicious regarding the fresh prepared fish dishes. Here you are welcomed as well in leisure clothes.

Nueva Alcántara


The new development "Nueva Alcántara" is situated in walking distance to the long and beautiful beach promenade as well as to the colourful and interesting village of San Pedro de Alcántara- ideal for people who do not like to use a car for every move. You find restaurants, shops and banks in 5 min walking and it does not take a lot longer to reach the beach. The town of Marbella or the famous marina of Puerto Banus are only minutes by car or you can take one of the frequently passing town buses. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has a nice spacious south facing terrace with views to the garden, pool and sea. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. The lounge- dining area is bright and tastefully furnished. Air conditioning, sat tv and vigilance inside the complex are natural. In the area of San Pedro and all along the coast you will find almost any kind of sport activities and interesting things to see. There is horse-riding in 5 min. distance to San Pedro, many golf courses all along the coast, tennis centres, gyms, bike hire and adventure tours in the hills. For the less sporty people you can visit the very special Safari Park Selwo, or take a day trip to Granada, Gibraltar, Morocco or the Atlantic Ocean near Tarifa with endless white beaches. And if you like to see the coastline from the water, why not try a sailing trip with "Let´s Fetz", a 36 ft. sailing yacht berthed in Marina Marbella:
Towards the north of Nueva Alcántara you will find the centre of the small town San Pedro de Alcántara with lots of shops, good restaurants of all tastes and most of all friendly people. To the south you reach the long and green beach promenade. There are as well several typical spanish "chiringuitos", restaurants near the shore where you can choose between fresh fish, seafood and delicious salads.

This corner townhouse in a residencial area just outside of San Pedro de Alcántara is ideal for a relaxing holiday with your family or some friends who like to be close to golfcourses and excellent restaurants. Golf y Vista no.49 is a spacious house for max. 6 persons with 3 bedrooms. This property is tastefully equipped and decorated and equally perfect for a summer holiday or a several months stay during the autumn golf season. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet, community pools and gardens well maintained. Monte Biarritz, the general name of the Urbanisation where you find Golf y Vista, is a residencial area with townhouse complexes, each with gardens and swimming pools, villas and golf courses in the near neighbourhood. You are in 5 min. by car in the next town San Pedro de Alcántara, in a few minutes up the hills in a lovely village called Benahavis or in less time on the next golfcourse or beach. There are as well leisure sport centres, horse riding and a scuba diving school a few minutes down the road. Good restaurants from various countries nearby guarantee a tasty finish to your evening.

La Cartuja


This recently completed complex of apartments on one or two floors is situated in the middle of two golf courses- and still only 10 minutes west of Marbella or east of Estepona, and less than 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach- a paradise for golfers! In the gardens of this secluded place you find 3 swimming- pools, tennis courts just a minute away and of course the greens in walking distance. The apartments contain of 2 or 3 bedrooms, some on two floors and with a spacious roof top terrace with BBQ. The situation close to golf courses does not exclude holiday makers with other ideas- this place is as well perfect for a family with children or someone who likes to be close to the exciting life of Marbella but enjoys a good rest in a green and peaceful surrounding after shopping or visiting the night scene of Puerto Banus. The apartments are furnished to a high standard with tasteful interior, Air Conditioning, Sat TV and fully equipped kitchen. A few minutes away from your holiday destination you will find first class restaurants of various international cuisines. A well equipped gym is just around the corner and the beaches in this area offer a lot of entertainment: be it diving, jet ski or just a live music event on the sand in one of many beach restaurants.
